Lumiere

Lumiere is a high-rise residential tower on School Lane in Nairobi’s Westlands area, designed to deliver efficient urban living through clean, contemporary architecture. The building comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments planned for optimal daylight and views through generous glazing and open-plan layouts. The massing is vertical and compact, with communal amenities including a rooftop pool, double-height lounge, gym, and landscaped terraces integrated to support resident wellbeing. A ground-level retail component activates the street frontage and connects the development to its urban context. The design emphasizes clarity, functionality, and urban integration.
