Escada

Escada is a 17-storey residential tower that explores compact urban living through a crisp vertical form and podium base. The development comprises 120 studio and two-bedroom apartments arranged to optimize daylight, cross-ventilation, and elevated views over Nairobi. Six levels of structured podium parking integrate seamlessly with the tower massing, while the rooftop split across the 18th and 19th floors hosts a pool, lounge, and wellness deck, conceived as an open-air extension of domestic life above the city.
