Edenville is a masterplanned residential development articulated across three phases, each responding to shifting densities and evolving domestic typologies within a cohesive architectural framework. Phase 1 introduces 350 low-density villas—three- and four-bedroom units carefully set on 1/8-acre plots—emphasizing privacy, individual gardens, and an intimate, tree-lined street layout. Phase 2 transitions to a medium-density format with 450 maisonettes arranged in courtyard clusters, fostering community interaction while preserving personal space.
