Coco is an 18-storey residential tower on Brookside Drive, Nairobi, designed with a modern architectural language that prioritizes functionality and urban presence. The building’s massing is characterized by a clean, rectilinear form, with a dynamic interplay of geometric volumes and facades articulated through expansive glazing and strategic material contrasts. The apartments—ranging from one- to two-bedroom units—feature open-plan layouts that maximize spatial flow and natural light. The design incorporates thoughtful communal spaces, such as a rooftop infinity pool and landscaped outdoor terraces, which enhance the residents' experience of urban living
