The Oval

The Oval is a mixed-use commercial development defined by its elliptical form and central atrium, organizing approximately 13,000 square meters of lettable space across eight levels. Two lower floors accommodate restaurant and retail functions arranged around the atrium, which acts as a spatial anchor—bringing light deep into the plan and creating a dynamic public core. Above, six levels of open-plan office space are arranged for flexibility and natural light access, articulated through a glazed façade system that expresses transparency and precision. The building’s distinctive geometry and sectional clarity establish it as a notable architectural statement within Nairobi’s commercial landscape.
