One Africa Place is a 21-storey commercial tower characterized by its elliptical form and articulated glass façade. Designed to express verticality and lightness, the structure houses flexible office floor plates above two levels of double-height showroom space. The building's curved geometry enhances both urban presence and environmental performance, with high-performance glazing optimizing daylight and solar control. A triple-height entrance lobby establishes a strong arrival sequence, while four basement levels accommodate structured parking. The design balances form and function, contributing a distinctive architectural landmark to Nairobi’s skyline.
