This proposal envisions a contemporary hotel development comprising 173 guest rooms and suites, alongside 44 fully serviced apartments. Central to the design is a 1,000-person capacity conference center, supported by 234 parking bays to ensure functional flow and accessibility. The project is anchored by a stepped tower design, introducing a dynamic massing strategy that responds to both urban scale and site context, while offering optimized views and spatial hierarchy.
